9:00 am Clubhouse opens

9:00 am Registration starts at control tent – please have registration forms and RFU cards for all players

9:30 am Referee’s briefing at control area

10:00 am Festival starts

1:00 pm Grand Draw - wheelbarrows of booze! Tickets will be on sale during the morning.

4:00 pm Prize Giving and Close



· Food and drink will be available from 9am onwards

· Programmes will be on sale throughout the day. All the information you need! A bargain at £3!

· Bar opens at noon!
